SCARCE, in coordination with the Illinois Recycling Association (IRA), the Illinois Green Economy Network (IGEN) and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Development (DCEO) are working to finalize plans for a statewide Food Scrap Composting Seminar. This seminar is held at the Westin Hotel in Lombard.
