MAA Gallery May Show

The MAA Gallery in Westfield Wheaton has moved to another location in the mall - on the first floor next to JCPenneys!

The Montgomery Art Association
MAA Gallery May Show
Featured this Month - Changing Images: Emerging Student Artists

~ Explore the works of local artists inside Westfield Wheaton Mall ~

Opening reception: Sunday, May 5 from 1 - 5 pm

This show celebrates the talent, expression, and hard work of the art students from three Silver Spring schools. The Chelsea School, Nora School and Siena School serve bright students who, for whatever reason, require a smaller environment and more intensive direct instruction to develop their strengths. From music to drama to art and photography, these students show impressive work and extraordinary creativity.

The Learning Disabilities Association of Montgomery County (LDAMC) is organizing this event to offer students a place to display in an art gallery, for the community to appreciate the dedication of our young students, and to give students pride in their achievements. LDAMC is a grass roots non-profit, dedicated to improving education, employment and social opportunities for persons with learning disabilities.
