Photo Gallery: Last Call at Cafe Edison for the Year

Edison High School students made and served food to students, teachers and members of the community Thursday afternoon at the school's in-house restaurant, Cafe Edison.

The Cafe runs two meals a day, five days a week for six weeks before spring break. Students in the Restaurant Management program and the Tourism and Hospitality program get hands-on experience, making, plating, serving and washing dishes. Each student cycles through a specific station, learning what needs to be done when a customer orders off the menu.
