• River Hawks Run Hard and Fast at UMass Dartmouth Invitational (goriverhawks.com) — An Abington native, junior runner Selena Wood, helped UMass Lowell’s women’s cross-country team turn in a strong showing at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, finishing 69th in a large 6K field. Several Massachusetts teammates posted top-20 finishes, and the River Hawks now shift their focus to next Friday’s Paul Short Run at Lehigh.
