EPOCH Senior Living Names Sarah Sterling Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover

Waltham, MA. — EPOCH Senior Living has named Sarah Sterling, MSW, CADDCT, as Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover. Bringing more than two decades of dedicated senior living experience, Sterling will oversee all daily operations, team leadership, financial management, regulatory compliance, and family support programming for the memory care community.

Sterling has spent nearly 10 years serving as an Executive Director in the senior living sector. Most recently, she led operations at a senior living community in Salem, Mass., where she directed overall management and served as Compliance Officer. Her background combines operational oversight with deep clinical knowledge in dementia care and social work.

A Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT), Sterling holds both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Salem State University and Gordon College, respectively, with a specialized focus on older adults and end-of-life care. Her leadership and commitment to excellence earned her a nomination for Businessperson of the Year by the Salem Chamber of Commerce in 2024. Throughout her career, she has also served as a field instructor, mentoring the next generation of social work professionals.
