High-End Steakhouse Offering $2 Oysters, Lobster Roll Specials: MA Cheap Eats

MASSACHUSETTS — A luxury steakhouse has unveiled a new raw bar menu, and it’s not as pricey as you might expect.

Rare Lounge, inside the Encore Boston Harbor resort in Everett, has introduced its Raw Bar Feature menu, available Monday through Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. The offering is designed to give guests a taste of the restaurant’s seafood program at a more approachable price point.

Created by Executive Chef Christopher Rosenberg, the menu focuses on fresh, high-quality seafood with a mix of classic raw bar staples and small plates.

Among the standout deals: $2 New England oysters, sourced daily from locations ranging from Maine to Cape Cod, and a $25 lobster roll trio featuring three mini rolls served in different styles:Maine, Connecticut, and a spicy chili crisp twist.

Other affordable highlights include colossal shrimp cocktail and snow crab claws for $4 each, as well as a chilled half-pound Maine lobster for $25. Diners can also mix and match smaller plates like market ceviche, spicy tuna, and Alaskan king crab salad for $9 each, with the option to add caviar for an extra $15.

The Raw Bar Feature menu is available inside Rare Lounge at Encore Boston Harbor, located at 1 Broadway in Everett.
