New Food Court To Debut In MA

The spot will offer a mix of concepts, including coffee, tea, ramen, and other international cuisines.

BOSTON, MA — A new food hall is set to debut in Boston’s Allston neighborhood this week.

Novo Marketplace, planned for 122 Brighton Ave., will hold a soft opening on May 1, according to its official website. The roughly 20,000-square-foot space will bring multiple food vendors under one roof, featuring 16 permanent stalls and three rotating pop-up spaces.

The hall's food and drink listings show a mix of concepts, including coffee, tea, ramen and other international cuisines. Some of the planned vendors include Cotti Coffee, Molly Tea, Zhengxin Chicken, Lumi Roll and Bowl, Kopitiam and Huang Ji Men.

The space is designed as a community gathering spot, with seating for more than 200 people.

Novo Marketplace plans to operate daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., with a mix of permanent vendors and rotating concepts.

The May 1 soft opening marks the first phase of the project, with additional vendors expected to open over time. An exact date for a grand opening has not been announced.
