MA 2022 Ballot Questions: See The Latest Vote Totals
Only two 2022 ballot questions have been decided, with results in two other key questions still coming in.

MASSACHUSETTS — Four statewide ballot questions in front of 2022 voters in Massachusetts were still mostly up in the air Wednesday morning with results still trickling from across the state.
Across the four questions, voters were being asked: create a new tax on income above $1 million; regulate the dental insurance industry; expand alcohol and beer licenses for retailers; and retain a state law allowing undocumented residents to apply for drivers licenses.
Except for the dental insurance measure — which the Associated Press called for the "yes" side early Wednesday — the final tally for the ballot questions likely won't be available until later Wednesday or longer. However, voters were favoring "yes" on the millionaire's tax and the drivers licenses measure.

Just before noon on Wednesday, the AP called the Question 3 measure in favor of the "no" side. That means retailers who own more than one store will not have expanded access to beer and wine licenses.
Here's where each measure stood as of Wednesday morning with about 87 percent of expected votes counted, according to the AP:
