PLYMOUTH, MA — The country's oldest home on the real estate market is for sale in Massachusetts as of this weekend — and tens of thousands of people already have their eyes on it.

The $800,000, 2,503-square foot home at 25 County Road in Plympton, known as the Stephen Bryant house, was built in 1669 as a half house and was expanded to its present five-bay by Dr. Caleb Loring in 1703, according to its listing on Zillow.

It's got three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an office, and a walk-up attic, and sits on two acres with a detached one-car garage.

If you need more reason to fawn over the home, it also has a chicken coop, herb gardens, a workable fireplace, and wide pine floors, the listing says. It also has a brand new oil tank, updated electrical, forced hot air heat, and a "newer" full-house generator.
