PLNT Burger is known for its signature smash-style burgers, fries and shakes, featuring takes on classic burger staples and other offerings like chicken sandwiches, chili and more. Popular side items include crispy herbed fries, crispy green beans, and wavy sweet potato fries alongside oat milk-based milkshakes.

The Coolidge Corner location will feature an oversized mural painted by Boston artist Mark Grundig. The mural features a map of Coolidge Corner, something that's been in the works since June.

"Working closely with Mark, we’ve crafted a mural that captivates the essence of who we are as a company, is visually compelling and serves as a heartfelt tribute to our new community," said co-founder Jonah Goldman.

PLNT Burger is co-founded by Spike Mendelsohn, Seth Goldman and Jonah Golodman.

Mendelsohn is a celebrity chef and the chairman of the DC Food Policy Council. He trained under some of the most prestigious chefs and restaurateurs before founding several fast-casual concepts.

Seth Goldman is the co-founder of Honest Tea and chair of the board at Beyond Meat. Jonah Goldman is an entrepreneur and environmental activist with a background in the natural food industry, regenerative agriculture, compostable packaging and fighting food waste.
