2 Women Dead in Fiery Route 2 Crash
The two women were killed in a single-car crash early this morning, police say.
Two adult women are dead after a fiery single-vehicle crash on Route 2 in Templeton early Saturday morning.
State Police say a preliminary investigation suggests a 2010 Mercedes was going eastbound Route 2 when it veered off the left side of the roadway and hit a bridge abutment at the Otter River Road overpass. The vehicle rolled over and was engulfed in flames.
The identities of the women are being withheld pending family notification.
