56-Home Development Planned Near Nagog Mall

A 56-home development—a portion of which will be set aside affordable housing—is planned for a 26-acre parcel near the Nagog Mall.

“Wildflower Meadow” will be located off Great Road in Littleton. Seal Harbor Development is managing the project.

The homes will will start at about $400,000. Fourteen homes will be slated for an affordable housing program.

“We are committed to creating a well-planned community that will complement the New England charm that has come to characterize Littleton,” said Seal Harbor President Mark Gallagher, who added the homes will be a “financially-viable alternative for existing residents looking to downsize, as well as an attractive option for new and growing families.”

The development will be arranged in villages of four to eight homes.

A design center on Nagog Park Drive is expected to open in the fall.
