Registration for AB Youth Softball's Spring 2017 season is now open!

AB Youth Softball Spring 2017 Registration Open

Registration for AB Youth Softball's Spring 2017 season is now open! Visit absoftball.com and click on the Register Now tab. The registration fee includes a shirt, a visor, and use of all necessary equipment, except a softball glove. Parent volunteer positions are available, both on and off the field.

To encourage prompt registration, AB Youth Softball has a new fee schedule. Early bird discounts are available through February 20th. Team placement is guaranteed for registrations completed by March 15th. Late fees will be applied starting March 16th. Late registrations may be waitlisted. Family discounts are available for multiple players. Registration closes on April 10th.

Divisions offered for Spring

U6 – Kindergarten & age eligible pre-K, T-ball

U8 – Grades 1 & 2, coach pitch

U10 – Grades 3 & 4, coach and player pitch

U12 – Grades 5 & 6, player pitch

U15 – Grades 7, 8, 9 & age-eligible 10th graders

Practices/games begin in early April and continue through the middle of June. For all divisions, except U15, teams will practice one night a week and play games on Saturdays on AB fields. U15 is a travel league that practices once a week and plays two games per week, one home and one away in a nearby town. Please check absoftball.com for details.

Special Note for High School and Jr. High School Athletes: Players who intend to try out for any school team are still encouraged to register and play AB Youth Softball. Players who decide to play for a school team only, will be granted a refund. ABYSB must be notified of this decision before the start of the league's season, April 10th.
