Acton, Boxborough Residents Face Liquor Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 21-year-old Acton man is facing a liquor charge after being arrested by the Acton Police Department on April 1.
Officers were dispatched to 387 Massachusetts Ave., the location of Roche Bros., at about 5:20 p.m.
After an investigation was completed, Dante Walker Diodati of 183 School St., Apt. R, was arrested and charged with selling/delivering liquor to a person younger than 21.

Diodati was also found to be in violation of his probation.
Also arrested with Michael Anthony Bartlett, 18, of 448 Liberty Square Road, Boxborough. He was charged with being younger than 21 and in possession of liquor.

Scott's Motors was called to tow one car from the scene.
