A 79-year-old man was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
ACTON, MA — A 79-year-old man charged with indecently assaulting a child was among those recently indicted by a Middlesex Grand Jury, District Attorney Marian Ryan said Monday. Robert Thatcher, 79, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.
