Acton Man Arrested on Warrant

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Acton Police Department received a warrant for the arrest of an Acton man on March 22.

According to the log, David Eugene Dittmer, 37, of 172 Willow St., was placed under arrest at his residence at 1:39 a.m.

The arresting officer was Luke Penney.

No one at the department was available to discuss the nature of the warrant.

According to a Boston Globe report, Dittmer was arrested in Quincy in December and charged with misleading a police officer during an investigation, conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Laws, manufacturing and distributing Class B (meth and cocaine), and possession of Class D (marijuana).

He was subsequently arrested on two default warrants out of Concord District Court and Clinton District Court, according to the report.
