Acton Man Arrested on Warrants

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate an conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on Oct. 9 resulted in the arrest of an Acton man.

At 8:15 a.m., Justin E. Towne, 25, of 9 Hillside Terrace, was pulled over on Willow Street.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, it was found Towne had outstanding warrants out for his arrest.

Towne was placed into custody to face charges of:

  • Malicious destruction
  • Intimidation of a witness.

  • Officers responded to Charter Road for a report of two kids bikes on the track and no kids around. A Schwinn and Jamis bike were returned to the station.
