Acton Man Faces Multiple Motor Vehicle Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A motor vehicle stop on Great Road by the Acton Police Department on April 13 resulted in the arrest of a local man.
At about 9:19 a.m., responding officers pulled over Stephen Dietz, 47, of 25 Harris St., Apt. 27.
After officers completed an investigation, Dietz was arrested and charged with:

- Driving a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker;
- Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
He was scheduled to be arraigned at Concord District Court on April 16.
The arresting officer was Douglas Mahoney.
