Acton Man Faces OUI Charge
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Acton Police Department on Jan. 4 regarding a disturbance on Stow Street resulted in the arrest of a local man.
Officers were dispatched to 102 Stow St. at about 9:07 p.m.
After an investigation was completed, Matthew J. Goodwin, 20, of 175 School St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

- A Great Elm Way resident reported hearing someone scream in the area. Responding officers reported the area was quiet on arrival.
- A Concord Road resident reported a male party had trespassed on the property and was not allowed to be there.
- A Carlisle Road resident was spoken to regarding harassing a Stow resident.
- Sal from Sal's Auto reported seeing lights on at a Summer Street residence. The house had been vacant since last summer. Responding officers reported the house was secure, and only one set of footprints were visible going in and out. It appeared someone came by to check on the heat.
