- 1/24/12 - 8:26 a.m. - River Street: A River Street resident reported that a telephone pole and a mailbox in front of his house were damaged overnight. NSTAR was notified.
Possible Stolen Car Parts:
- 1/24/12 - 12:58 p.m. - Keefe Road: Concord police reported they had towed car parts on the highway and wanted Acton police to check it out because they suspected the car parts were stolen.

- 1/25/12 - 2:23 p.m. - Thoreau Road: A tree crew accidentally tripped a home alarm.
Disturbance:
- 1/25/12 - 6:50 p.m. - Great Road: An employee reported to the police that a customer was being rude and was refusing to leave the store.

Dog Attacks Dog:
- 1/26/12 - 7:40 a.m. - Drummer Road: Police received a report about a resident's dog being attacked by their neighbor's dog. The dog had to be taken to the vet.

- Charged with: Noisy and Disorderly House
