An elderly man hits car with cane - A Kmart employee attempts to steal - and more.

Deliveryman Trips Alarm:

10/3/11 - 9:35 a.m. - Great Road: A deliveryman tripped an alarm activation accidentally.

Elderly Cane Attack:

10/3/11 - 11:52 a.m. - Arlington: Police received a report about an elderly male who hit the car of the person who called in the report with his cane. The caller later reported that everything was all set.

Dog Attempts to Cross Route 2:

10/3/11 - 1:50 p.m. - Route 2: Police received a call about a dog attempting to cross Route 2. Upon police arrival, the dog was gone.

Telephone Pole Problem:

10/3/11 - 4:04 p.m. - Great Road: NSTAR was notified about a telephone pole that was sparking.

Sick Fox:

10/3/11 - 5:49 p.m. - Hayward Road: There was a report about a sick fox in the area.

Fox in the Crosswalk:

10/4/11 - 2:16 p.m. - Charter Road: Police received a report about a small fox running around the crosswalk area.

Missing Cat With Tattoo:

10/4/11 - 5:03 p.m. - Elm Street: Someone reported that she lost her cat in Concord near the Acton/Concord town line. The cat is male, about 20lbs, white with grey markings and a tattoo on his ear.

Cat Hit By Car:

10/4/11 - 6:56 p.m. - Great Road: Police received a report about a cat that was hit by a vehicle. When police arrived on scene, the cat was gone.

Attempted:

10/4/11 - 9:39 p.m. - Main Street: Kmart Security reported than an employee attempted to steal $220.00. Police responded.
