Arrested:
, 71, of 53 Brook Street, Apt. 36, Acton:
- Arrested on: 2/22/12 - 562 Main Street, Acton
- Charged with: Alcohol from Open Container in Motor Vehicle - OUI (Liquor) - Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle - Marked Lanes Violation
- Arresting Officer: Douglas Sturniolo
- Narrative: Lebert was driving south on Main Street Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 4:11 p.m. when she swerved off the road and rolled down a small ditch. She was taken to Emerson Hospital following the accident.

- 2/23/12 - 7:10 a.m. - Great Road: A caller reported that her vehicle was struck by a green Mercedes-Benz and left the scene. The Littleton police were notified.
Arrested:
, 57, of 390 B. Great Road, Apt. 19, Acton:

- Charged with: Forged Registration of a Motor Vehicle Document

Egged:
- 2/24/12 - 10:45 a.m. - School Street: A woman came into the police station to report that her car was egged. She had reason to believe it was her downstairs neighbor.
Wrong Mailbox:
- 2/24/12 - 4:24 p.m. - Oneida Road: Police responded to a report that a resident was going through a neighbor’s mailbox. Police discovered that the person accidently put an invitation in the wrong mailbox.
Counterfeit:
- 2/24/12 - 6:27 p.m. - Great Road: Police responded to a report about counterfeit money being used at a business.
Gone With The Wind:
- 2/25/12 - 2:28 p.m. - Great Road: Police received a report about a box in the middle of the road. The box was gone upon police arrival.
Missing Acton Patient Turns Up at Parents Old Home:
According to a Lexington and Acton police log, a 65-66 year-old Acton man described as an assisted living/mental health patient was reported missing on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 8:03 p.m. The man turned up in Lexington a few hours later and was returned to Acton.
According to the report, his car was found in Bedford but the man turned up at the house where his parents used to live on Robinson Road, Lexington at 9:27 p.m. The residents of the home gave him a ride to Lexington Center where he was picked up by the police and then by his residence in Acton.
