- 2/21/12 - 2:17 p.m. - Baker Avenue, Concord: Acton rescue assisted the town of Concord for a 21 year-old that passed out.

Vandalism:

Tow Stalking:
- 2/22/12 - 3:43 a.m. - School Street: Someone reported a suspicious tow truck driving around the area looking at cars. The vehicle was gone upon police arrival.
Medical:
- 2/22/12 - 8:39 a.m. - Massachusetts Avenue: Acton rescue responded to a man that fell 12 feet and broke his ankle.

- 2/22/12 - 12:47 p.m. - Charter Road: Police received a 911 phone call from the high school auditorium pay phone and determined it was a student.

- Narrative: Lebert was driving south on Main Street Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 4:11 p.m. when she swerved off the road and rolled down a small ditch. She was taken to Emerson Hospital following the accident.
