Accidental Alarm:

• 2/21/12 - 11:41 a.m. - John Swift Road: Police responded to a home alarm accidentally tripped by a neighbor.

Helping Out Concord:

• 2/21/12 - 2:17 p.m. - Baker Avenue, Concord: Acton rescue assisted the town of Concord for a 21 year-old that passed out.

Possible B&E:

• 2/21/12 - 3:07 p.m. - Strawberry Hill Road: Police responded to a report of a possible breaking and entering but no evidence of a break in was discovered.

Vandalism:

• 2/21/12 - 4:12 p.m. - Great Road: Police responded to a report about a vandalized vehicle.

Fraud:

• 2/21/12 - 4:11 p.m. - Central Street: A person came into the police station to file a report about credit card fraud.

Tow Stalking:

• 2/22/12 - 3:43 a.m. - School Street: Someone reported a suspicious tow truck driving around the area looking at cars. The vehicle was gone upon police arrival.

Medical:

• 2/22/12 - 8:39 a.m. - Massachusetts Avenue: Acton rescue responded to a man that fell 12 feet and broke his ankle.

Believe it or not, there are pay phones in Acton:

• 2/22/12 - 12:47 p.m. - Charter Road: Police received a 911 phone call from the high school auditorium pay phone and determined it was a student.

• Charged with: Alcohol from Open Container in Motor Vehicle - OUI (Liquor) - Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle - Marked Lanes Violation

• Narrative: Lebert was driving south on Main Street Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 4:11 p.m. when she swerved off the road and rolled down a small ditch. She was taken to Emerson Hospital following the accident.
