Acton Police Place Resident in Protective Custody

A Central Street resident called the Acton Police Department on Sept. 14 to report her son came home intoxicated.
The person was found walking on the tracks heading toward the West Acton Mobil station.
Officers placed the person in protective custody.

On Sept. 15, the department received a call from a 7-year-old who couldn't find his parents. When officers arrived, the parents were in the front yard doing garden work.

- A Deacon Hunt Drive resident reported hearing noises in the cellar. No problems were found.
