Acton Police Seek Local Man Who Threatened to Kill Girlfriend
Luis Figueroa faces numerous domestic charges against local woman he was dating.

The Acton Police Department is on the lookout for a local man after his girlfriend reported he beat her while she was trying to break up with him.
According to a release from the Acton PD, officers responded to a Massachusetts Avenue address on Thursday for a report of a domestic violence disturbance.
When officers arrived, they witnessed a woman suffering from minor injuries. The victim indicated she had attempted to end a relationship when she was assaulted by her former acquaintance.

The assailant fled the area prior to the officers' arrival.
The victim declined medical attention, but obtained an emergency abuse prevention order. A warrant was sought and obtained from Concord District Court.

Luis Figueroa, 56, of Massachusetts Avenue, is wanted to face charges of:
- Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon – knife
- Threatening to commit a crime (murder)
- Assault and battery.
