Acton Teen Faces Felony Charge in Relation to Car Break-Ins
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following was submitted by Sgt. Raymond P. Grey:
On 10-21-12 at approximately 1:00 AM a call was received by Communications at the Public Safety Facility from a resident of Revolutionary Road regarding a subject breaking into vehicles parked in front of their home. The suspect fled prior to the arrival of the police. The caller was able to obtain a registration plate number from the suspect’s vehicle. The plate was queried through the Registry of Motor Vehicles and came back listed to a Vanderbelt Road resident.
Officers responded to the Vanderbelt Road address and after a brief investigation placed Kyle J. Foote, age 17 from 2 Vanderbelt Road under arrest for Breaking and Entering during the Nighttime with the Intent to Commit a Felony.

Mr. Foote was released on bail and will be arraigned on Monday 10-22-12 at Concord District Court.
