Additional Charges for Clark Defendants - Acton's Cub Scout Embezzlement Case
New charges emerge from Acton Police.

Today at the Concord District Court, the defense for Kimberly and Kevin Clark, of 3 Paul Revere Road, Acton told the judge that additional charges from the Acton Police were soon coming for the two defendants. Their next appearance in court will be Friday, June 8, 2012.
Kimberly is currently facing charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme and association officer embezzlement over $250. Her husband, Kevin is currently facing charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme.
In September of 2011, the Acton police in Acton's Cub Scouts Packs 1 and 70 between the years of 2005-11. Kimberly was treasurer of the packs during that time.
