Annual Joint Unitarian Universalist Service on August 2 at FPC in Stow

On Sunday, August 2, at 10 a.m., First Parish Church of Stow and Acton (FPC) will host the 12th annual Unitarian Universalist joint service.

On Sunday, August 2, at 10 a.m., First Parish Church of Stow and Acton (FPC) will host the 12th annual Unitarian Universalist joint service. Each August, FPC, the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church in Harvard, MA, and the First Church Unitarian in Littleton, MA, prepare a joint service. This year, the service will also include the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson in Hudson, MA; First Parish of Bolton, MA; First Parish Church in Groton, MA; and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Lancaster, MA.

Rev. Susie Phoenix, who was ordained at FPC and has served as its director of religious education, will lead the worship. FPC’s music director, Mike Pfitzer, will direct the choir. This traditional Sunday service will incorporate worship traditions from several of the churches.
