Arrests in Acton: An OUI and Another B&E on Hosmer Street

- Arrested on: 3/26/12 - 156 Great Road, Acton
- Charged with: Marked Lanes Violation, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle, OUI (Liquor), Alcohol From Open Container in Motor Vehicle.
- Narrative: DaSilva hit another vehicle traveling in the opposite lane, operated by Christopher Curtin, 36, of Strawberry Hill Road, Acton. Curtin was not injured but DaSilva was brought to Emerson Hospital for minor injuries. He was brought to the police station later that evening.

2). Jaron Thomas Lewin-Berlin, 24, of 775 Cambridge Street, Apt. 3, Cambridge
- Arrested on: 3/29/12 - Great Road, Acton
- Charged with: Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.
