Arrests in Acton from November 7 - 9
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty. All information was provided by the Acton Police Department.
1). On Nov. 7, a 58 year-old woman on Davis Road, Acton, MA, was taken into protective custody at 10:16 a.m. According to the police department, the woman called a few hours earlier to report that her neighbor may have her cat. The caller said she had been drinking at the time.
2). On Nov. 9, the same 58 year-old woman on Davis Road, Acton, MA, was again, taken into protective custody for being incapacitated by alcohol.
3). Justin James King - Parker Street, Acton, MA - 30 Years-Old

- Charged with: Destruction of Property +$250 (Malicious) - Protective Custody (Incapacitated by Alcohol).
- Arresting Officer: Luke D. Penney
- Narrative: At 11:08 p.m., police responded to a report of a resident stuck in the leaching field in an apartment complex. Police returned with one under arrest.
