Arrests in Acton from November 22 - 26
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty. All information was provided by the Acton Police Department.
NOTE: This story was amended [Friday, July 27, 2012] after charges were dropped.
1). On Nov. 22, a 23 year-old Acton male was arrested at 55 Brook Street, Acton, MA, for having a warrant out for his arrest.
2). On Nov. 23, a 38 year-old male from Providence, RI, was taken into protective custody at 55 Brook Street, Acton, for being incapacitated by alcohol.

3). Evangelista Perpetuo - Prospect Street, Acton, MA - 54 Years-Old
- Arrested on: 11/26/11 - 438 Main Street, Acton, MA
- Charged with: Unlicensed Operation of a Moving Vehicle / Speeding
- Arresting Officer: Jesse Osterhoudt
