BBB Announces New Chief Officers
BBB announced the appointment of two new leadership roles, the promotion of Paula Fleming and Deanna Liberti.

Better Business Bureau Serving E. MA, ME, RI & VT (BBB) announced the appointment of two new leadership roles, the promotion of Paula Fleming to Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO) and Deanna Liberti to Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for BBB.
As CMSO, Fleming is responsible for all marketing and sales initiatives for BBB. As CCO, Liberti is responsible for providing a cohesive vision across all methods of customer contact between staff, businesses, people and the community.
Previously, Fleming served as Vice President of Communications, Marketing & Sales and has been with BBB for thirteen years. Liberti was previously Vice President of Operations and has been with BBB for fifteen years.

Paula Fleming will continue to oversee both the Communications and Sales teams, ensuring the growth and development of BBB through new outreach campaigns, and Accredited Business acquisition.

Deanna Liberti, an accomplished leader of BBB’s Operations department, will continue focusing on quality data content, training initiatives, retention, and providing exceptional customer service to the community.
