Michael J. Diphillipo - 773 Mass Ave., Apt. B9, Boxborough, MA - 6/27/1969

  • Arrested on: 8/8/11
  • Charged with: Disorderly Conduct - Malicious Damage to a Motor Vehicle - Assault and Battery on a Police Officer - Resisting Arrest.
  • Narrative: Someone called the Boxborough Police for a well-being check on Diphillipo because they received a suspicious email from him and the caller believed Diphillipo wanted to harm himself.

*All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty.

8/9/11 - 8:06 a.m. - 495 South: While an officer of the law was conducting a motor vehicle stop, another vehicle came close to hitting him. Officer caught the plate number and it was given to the State Police.

Sometimes Being Neutral Isn’t Always Best:

8/9/11 - 2:36 p.m. - Burroughs Road: The Boxborough Police received a report about a vehicle without an operator rolled down a driveway and into a tree.

Always Lock Your Car Door:

8/9/11 - 5:17 p.m. - Hagar Lane: A caller reported that his iPad was stolen from his unlocked car.

Jammed Finger:

8/11/11 - 11:13 a.m. - Mass Ave.: Police received a call about someone who shut a garage door on their finger.

Avoiding Traffic:

8/12/11 - 3:02 p.m. - Mass Ave. / 495 Ramp: Mass Highway was advised that cars were driving the wrong way up the southbound ramp because of a car accident that happened in Bolton was causing major traffic.
