Last year I was asked to speak at the Emerson Hospital Health and Wellness center about gray hair and gray hair transitioning. In my presentaion (inspired by the best selling book Going Gray and Looking Great), I discussed what gray hair is, care for "mature hair", coloring gray and transitioning colored hair back to natural gray.
