Last night (Nov. 5, 2012), ActonTV held its annual meeting. During the meeting, Executive Director Simon Bunyard and Education & Outreach Manager Ron Zimmerman announced the recipient of the 2012 ActonTV Volunteer of the Year Award.
This year the award went to Charlie Aaronson, one of ActonTV's most dedicated volunteers and someone who is truly passionate about all aspects of video production from camera operation to non-linear computer editing.
Many of Charlie's productions can be seen on ActonTV's Video on Demand site at www.actontv.org. He videotaped many of the lecture series at the Acton Senior Center including the "History of the Supreme Court" series and the "Religions of the East" series.
