Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Location Acton Racquet Club 10 Granite Road, Acton, MA First 7 weeks indoors Final 7 weeks outdoors on the new ARC courts Training Structure All programs follow the AlligatorShot 360º Development System: Technical · Tactical · Physical · Mental We build personal development plans for every player, tailored to their specific needs and stage of development for competitive tennis. Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session. Acton-Boxborough girls soccer star Kaitlyn Spangler recently signed her letter of intent to play for Bryant University, and the Bulldogs head coach can't wait to see her in action. "Kaitlyn is a very solid midfielder that we are excited to see in action this fall," <a href="http://www.bryantbulldogs.com/sports/wsoc/2012-13/releases/201302251y6r9y" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Bryant head coach Chris Flint said on the university's website</a>. "She has a great work ethic and has had a lot of success at the high school and state cup level and will provide us with some much needed toughness next season." A four-year starting midfielder under coach Lee Billiard at Acton-Boxborough, Spangler helped lead her team to a trip to the 2009 State Final and three-straight semifinal appearances (2009-11). She is a three-time Dual County League All-Star (2010-12) and an Eastern Massachusetts All-Star twice (2011-12). Overall, Bryant is adding six new players to its roster. Spangler is the lone soon-to-be freshman from Massachusetts.
