Burke Announces Candidacy for Republican State Committee

Brian Burke has announced his candidacy for re-election to the committee for the Middlesex and Worcester district.

ACTON, MA—Brian Burke, a member of the Massachusetts Republican State Committee and current Stow selectman, has announced his candidacy for re-election to the committee.

Burke, who shared his announcement with Patch Monday, was elected to the Assistant Treasurer position and the Region 2 representative to the Budget Committee. Burke serves a district consisting of Acton. 

“If reelected, I am looking forward to continuing my strong support for Gov. Baker’s and Lt. Gov. Polito’s agenda on Beacon Hill,” Burk stated in his announcement.”With my consistent and recent success in local elections, I am best able to help grow the grassroots of the Republican party in this district.”

Burke also previously served on the Nashoba Regional School committee for two terms, serving as chairman during his last two years. Burke graduated from Boston College and Georgetown University Law Center. He currently practices trial law in Stow and Worcester.
