The Wisdom Within
An Invitation to Rest, Listen, and Trust
A Spirituality Workshop with Bridget Chamberas
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
Amid the busyness and demands that come with this time of year, we can easily lose touch with the stillness within us. Yet Jesus gently invites each of us to come as we are, lay down what weighs upon us, and rest in God's presence.
The Wisdom Within offers a two-hour pause from the noise and activity of everyday life—an opportunity to enter into a time of rest, reflection, and deep listening.
Grounded in Jesus' invitation in Matthew 11:28–30, we will explore what it means to become rested enough to listen: to God, to ourselves, and to the Wisdom that lives within us.
Through contemplative practice, silence, personal reflection, journaling, and conversation, participants will be invited to make space for Wisdom, listen to what is stirring within, and consider what it might mean to trust what they hear.
This spacious, retreat-like experience offers an opportunity to rest in God's presence and become more attentive to the quiet voice of Wisdom within.
