“The 3:30 PM service is for families with young children and includes a cookie reception. We provide costumes for dressing up as angels, shepherds and stable animals. Kids can take part in the service and become part of the story,” said Timothy Knapp, Pastor. “The 6:30 PM service is perfect for older children and families. You’ll sing the great carols of the season accompanied by strings and the bell choir. The Journey to Christmas message is couched in a light-hearted dramatic monologue that captures the spirit of love,” Knapp said. “The 10:00 PM service adds the festival choir and strings, and both classic and contemporary carols by candlelight.”

Christmas Eve services at Mt. Calvary direct our focus on a far greater story than our own—the story of Light of the World. Just as Mary and Joseph journeyed to Bethlehem and encountered the Savior of the world, God still shows up in ways we least expect on our life journeys today.
