Court Date Pushed Back for Acton's Cub Scout Embezzlement Case
Kimberly and Kevin Clark's court date is set for May 4, 2012.
Today, Concord District Court Judge Peter J. Kilmartin rulled to push back the case for Kimberly and Kevin Clark, of 5 Paul Revere Road, Acton to Friday, May 4, 2012.
Kimberly is facing charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme and association officer embezzlement over $250. Her husband, Kevin is facing charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme.
In September of 2011, the Acton police in Acton's Cub Scouts Packs 1 and 70 between the years of 2005-11. Kimberly was treasurer of the packs during that time.
