Creature Teachers 2015
Concord Family Network & The Thoreau Club partner for Creature Teacher 2015, a family-friendly event

The Concord Family Network has partnered with The Thoreau Club to offer Creature Teachers 2015, a free event for families during the Massachusetts public school vacation on Saturday, April 25. The event will take place inside the lovely Thoreau Club, 275 Forest Ridge Road, Concord Mass. From 9:00a-1:00p. Creature Teachers 2015 will feature live exotic animal presentations from The Creature Teachers of Littleton, Mass. After getting up close with skinks, chinchillas and snakes (to name a few), families can catch Animal Boogie story time with a Barefoot Books ambassador or stop by to paint pottery with Art Signals of Maynard, Mass. Animal shows will begin every hour on the hour. Each educational presentation will be followed by an opportunity to touch the creatures and ask questions of the teachers. Families are invited to reserve a time to view the creature presentation and then stay as long as they like. The event is free and open to the public. Parents can register online to select a program time.
