Elderly Acton Woman Seriously Injured After Mass. Ave. Crash
This is the second car crash causing serious injury reported in Acton Tuesday.

ACTON, MA—Emergency crews in Acton responded to yet another car crash resulting in serious injuries Tuesday, as an 83-year-old Acton woman was struck head on wile driving on Massachusetts Ave.
According to a press release from Acton Police Deputy Chief Richard Burrows, a 2017 blue Subaru crossed the center line of Massachusetts Ave. and struck a 2007 Chevy Impala head on. An 83-year-old woman suffered serious injuries and had to be freed from her vehicle.
According to the release, witnesses observed the Subaru operating erratically on Rte. 111 prior to the accident. The Subaru was being operated by a 20-year-old Acton woman.

The woman was transported to Lahey Clinic in Burlington.
