Mark your calendars now and start your summer with musical entertainment by coming out on the very first Saturday – June 9th – to attend the Spring Pops Concert “Hits of the Decades” at the Hale Middle School in Stow, MA. This year’s concert, at 7:30 p.m. will be held for just one evening only and “not to be missed”! Our concert features music of the decades from the 1940s to the 1970s and will include such tunes as “I’ll Be Seeing You”, “Rockin’ Robin”, “Can’t Smile Without You” to name a few. Come
and support your friends in the chorus as well as being entertained in a lovely, air-conditioned auditorium. This
is a new venue for the chorus and we hope to see you all there. Tickets are $15.00.
The chorus has more than 60 members from over 15
communities throughout the Metro-west area. Our
music director is Paul Johnson of Hudson, as well as our accompanist, Susan Bishov, from Chelmsford. The 2012 concert season’s program is supported in part by grants from the Acton-Boxborough, Bedford and Hudson
Cultural Councils, local agencies which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. For more information, please contact Beth at 978-270-1847. Please visit our web site www.actoncommunitychorus.org
