Rebecca Scheier is the owner of Tie Your Apron Culinary Events (www.TieYourApron.com) offering cooking classes and parties. She is a graduate of The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, and a member of its alumni board of directors, has achieved the designation of CCP (Certified Culinary Professional) from the International Association of Culinary Professionals and is ServSafe Certified. A strong believer in local, seasonal and sustainable food, Rebecca is a member of Slow Food Boston and Chefs Collaborative, and she is enrolled as a Chef in Michelle Obama’s Chefs Move To Schools program. She has taught cooking to children and adults privately, at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and at Create-A-Cook in Newton, Massachusetts.
