Bring your kids to the Science Discovery Museum to for Meet a Geologist where they can bring a rock or mineral that they can’t identify and let geologist Alan Bourgault help them decipher what it is. He will share his very own collection of marine fossils plus pictures and stories from a dinosaur dig he went on in Mexico. Also, they can try a hands-on activity that will help them explore the geologic time scale.
