Technical Skills Share Group

The Technical Skills Share Group, which meets at Acton Memorial Library, is led by volunteers who research and lead technical projects who gather to help high tech professionals in job transition share their skills and knowledge to prepare for technical interviews.

Different technology subgroups help people transition between different technology area to another. The technology training that has been covered by the group has included: C/C++, VBA, Java, C#, Perl, Computer networking - TCP/IP, MS Access, OOD, UML, DSP, Real Time Operating Systems, Cloud computing, Six Sigma, Source control, subversion etc. There are technical presentations by participants, as well as other expert speakers. The group is also working on a product development skills.

The group is led by the volunteers each week and provides networking between technology professionals. Group activities are free and open to the public.

On the fourth Wednesday of each month, the group meets at the Chelmsford Public Library.
