Get a figure skater's body with this fantastic new on ice workout!  Utilizing the basic elements of figure skating such as dips, stroking and lunges, you will feel the results of the Iceburn workout!  Skaters who have mastered the skills of Basic 4 in the U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills curriculum are eligible.
