Fatal Car Accident in Boxborough Claims Life of Lowell Teen

Early Sunday morning crash on 495 claims the life of a Lowell teen.

On Sunday, March 25, at 3:23 a.m., police responded to a car accident that occurred on 495 North in Boxborough.

Dana Kelley, 20, of Westford lost control of his 2004 Honda Accord and hit a guard rail. Passenger Nancy Kheam, 19, of Lowell sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene. Passenger Kayla Delisi, 22, of Salem was transported to Emerson Hospital in Concord. Kurt Boyd, 21, of Westford, was not injured.

Delisi and Kheam were not wearing their seatbelts in the back seat of the vehicle and Kelley and Boyd were wearing their seatbelts, according to the Massachusetts State Police.
