Foundation for MetroWest Competitive Grant Program Now Open

Nonprofits serving the MetroWest region in the areas of Arts & Culture or Family Support are encouraged to apply

The Foundation for MetroWest is pleased to announce the availability of grant funds through the 2017 Regional Competitive Grant Program. Nonprofit organizations serving the 33 towns of MetroWest in the areas of arts & culture and family support are strongly encouraged to apply.

Grant awards range from $1,000 to $10,000. The application deadline is 5:00 PM on Monday, August 7, 2017. Decisions will be announced in December.

Through the MetroWest Fund for Arts and Culture, the Foundation for MetroWest provides grant funding to support, promote, and provide access to arts and cultural programming that celebrate creative expression, foster an appreciation of diversity, and preserve our area’s collective history and heritage.

Through the MetroWest Fund for Families, the Foundation for MetroWest provides grant funding based on the belief that equitable access to opportunities and resources is central to a strong and healthy region. We seek to address a broad spectrum of current and emerging community issues, including the aging population, domestic violence, housing and transportation, mental health and special needs, community education and outreach for newcomers, and more.
