Harvard Woman, 65, Charged With OUI

Jane T. Matthews, 65, of Ayer Road, Harvard was arrested and charged with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI-Liquor on Monday, Feb. 20. According to the Acton police log, at 2:15 p.m., Matthews hit a dog with her vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue and was taken into police custody for the listed charges. The dog was transported to an animal hospital.
There were no other arrests in Acton from Feb. 13-21.
